will be offered by the hotel 3 days prior and 3 days after
the meeting dates subject to availability.

member of the “National Center for Farmworker Health.”
Attendees will also be able to book their reservations online
through StarGroups, a customized website *for
online reservations*.

Each paid registrant will be provided with a conference program
and bag, admittance into *all workshops, discussion groups,
and receptions, a daily continental breakfast, snacks and
beverages. (*any changes will be noted on the Registration
form)

a 3rd can register for FREE! (Limited to 3 free registrations
