Provider
Network / Resources
Since its inception, the CFH Program has developed a network
of providers, including migrant and community health centers,
health departments, hospitals, private providers, local and
national entities, and other health organizations to support
its mission in increasing farmworkers access to affordable
healthcare. Through the Call for Health Program, these collaborative
partners are linked to a network of migrant health resources.
Each participating organization or individual signs a memorandum
of agreement (MOA) designating their migrant health contact
person and agreeing to take referrals at a discounted rate,
to provide referrals for their patients as needed, and to
distribute the Farmworker News
to their patients. It is through this network of organizations,
an informal consortium of migrant health resource people,
that we continue to leverage additional partners in service
to migrant health.
We invite you to become a member of the Call for Health Provider
network and make a difference in the lives of farmworkers
all over the United States. For more information, contact
Moraima Duran ().
