Job Bank - Agency Registration

Welcome to the National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH) and the National Migrant Health Job Bank. This data bank is designed to facilitate the recruitment efforts of migrant health centers and other Migrant Health programs in order to attract a national pool of qualified applicants interested in working in Migrant Health. Facilitating the recruitment of qualified individuals will increase the opportunity to improve the health status of the migrant and seasonal farmworker population, therefore advancing the NCFH Mission and contributing toward the advancement of the Presidential Initiative and its challenge for work force development.

NCFH invites you to post your job announcements if you are a Migrant/Community Health Center, Migrant Health Program, Volunteer Clinic serving farmworkers, or Health Department providing services to farmworkers. Please register your agency to receive your identification number and your password.

For your registration, please be prepared to provide agency information, a brief agency description to orient the reader to your organization, the name and contact information of your designated contact person to answer questions related to the job and the electronic link to your organization. Once registered, you will have a password and ID number. The password will allow you to access the Job Bank to post, edit and/or remove job postings. Agencies will have the option to select whether to display their contact information on their job postings or to display only their ID number.

Job postings will be displayed for a period of 30 days. At the end of the 30 days, postings will expire, or users may choose to extend the display for an additional 30 days.

The password will also allow the employer to search and study the posted Resumes to seek potential applicants. Employers may contact potential employees directly if their contact information is provided. If only the ID number is provided, employers may send an e-mail to NCFH and NCFH will forward it to the potential employee.
