Graduate Student Summer Intern
Keren Herran is the Graduate Student Summer Intern for the Research and Evaluation Team at the National Center for Farmworker Health. Ms. Herran supports qualitative data analysis for the Farmworker COVID-19 Community Assessments and contributes to the Research and Evaluation Team’s literature review work.
Ms. Herran graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree titled, “Global Health Considering Environmental Factors.” She is currently completing her doctoral training in Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior at the University of South Carolina as a Presidential Fellow of the Graduate School. Prior to joining NCFH, Ms. Herran implemented and conducted research on social behavioral interventions in Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama, and Ecuador.
