Patricia has a BA in Organizational Communication and Leadership from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, business development, and training for profit and nonprofit organizations. Patricia joined NCFH in 2016, and is responsible for developing and providing training on issues related to Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Workers, Increase Access to Care, Cultural Competency, Language Access and leads the NCFH Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services Learning Collaborative. Patricia also leads the development of health education products in both print and digital media and participates in the development of e-learning training curriculum.
