Sarah has worked at the intersection of food systems & public health since graduating with a B.A. in English from the University of Texas. She received her Masters of Public Health from the University of North Carolina where she studied food access & regional food planning efforts.  Prior to joining NCFH, she worked with Sustainable Food Center to strengthen local food systems and provide small, family farms new market opportunities. She has always been interested in equity and the food system and is thrilled to be working to improve the health of America's agricultural farmworkers.
