Sarah Prager
Director of Evaluation and Special Programs
Sarah is responsible for research related to agricultural workers and public health, program evaluation, and grant reporting. Previously, Sarah worked with local farmers on food systems solutions and led training and technical assistance for youth service providers in Texas. She holds a BA in English from the University of Texas and received her Masters in Public Health from the University of North Carolina.
