Steven Fritz
Chief Financial Officer 

​


Steven is responsible for the daily management of the finance and administration functions of NCFH which include the annual audit, fiscal grant management, compliance and participates in the strategic and operational planning of NCFH.
Steven has extensive experience in non-profit financial management, operations, and process improvement.
He holds a degree in Aeronautical Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Prior to joining NCFH, Steven worked full time and consulted with several non-profit organizations working in criminal justice reform.
He has also spent several years living and working in Namibia, Kenya and South Africa working on economic development projects.
