FARMWORKER HEALTH NETWORK

FARMWORKER HEALTH NETWORK

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is committed to increasing access of farmworkers and their families to quality health care, while reducing disparities in their health status. Community & Migrant Health Centers work to achieve this goal by providing high-quality, equitable care to farmworker families across the country. The Farmworker Health Network works cooperatively with HRSA  to provide training and technical assistance to over 1,100 Community & Migrant Health Centers throughout the U.S.

The Farmworker Health Network (FHN) is comprised of six National Cooperative Agreements in agricultural worker health funded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide training and technical assistance to current and potential Health Centers.
Each organization specializes in areas of focus such as clinical support, outreach services, policy analysis and program development. This FHN Key Resources for Migrant Health guide contains resources from each of the FHN members which highlight best practices and field-tested models in migrant health.

The Farmworker Health Network (FHN) stands with everyone impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19), especially health providers and patients from special and vulnerable populations. In a consolidated effort to bring to you the latest updates, the FHN will be sending out biweekly emails with resources and information to keep you informed and assist you in continuing to serve your patient population.
