Alicia Gonzales
Chief Executive Officer
Alicia Gonzales is the Chief Executive Officer for the National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH). In this role, she provides oversight to all programs within NCFH and works closely with the network of community and migrant health centers across the country and other farmworker serving organizations to insure access to quality health care services for the agricultural worker population. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. Her past professional experience includes development of workforce training programs, program planning, Community Health Worker/Lay Health Worker program development, development of culturally sound and linguistically appropriate educational materials & training curricula, and hands-on skills building training
