Elva Martinez is an Accountant at the National Center for Farmworker Health. She provides accounting and finance support to NFCH projects and services. Elva’s work experience includes financial analysis, budget development and debt management.

Prior to coming to NCFH, Elva worked at the Legislative Budget Board, the Lower Colorado River Authority and the City of Austin in finance and budget management roles. Elva has a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s in public administration from San Jose State University with emphasis in finance and economics.
