Gladys Carrillo, LCSW
Director of Program Services
Gladys Carrillo is the Director of Program Services at the National Center for Farmworker Health. Ms. Carrillo provides oversight to Program services including workforce development training and technical assistance, health program initiatives including chronic disease prevention and management, health education products and material development, and organizational communication efforts including marketing and dissemination. Her experience includes direct patient care as a therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, clinical service coordination, community education, outreach, program development and management. Ms. Carrillo graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Liberal Arts degree from St. Edward's University and hold a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining NCFH, Ms. Carrillo provided direct therapeutic services to at-risk children and underserved families and conducted clinical consultation to providers in the non-profit and private sectors.
