Small Group Training

NCFH is excited to launch Small Group Training designed specifically for health center staff. These collaborative training programs bring together small groups of professionals from across the country for focused training on health topics that impact migratory and seasonal agricultural worker communities.

What to Expect:

  • Regular training sessions with expert facilitators
  • Technical assistance and practical resources
  • Peer-to-peer training and strategy development
  • Topic-specific focus on agricultural worker health needs

Each Small Group Training features multiple sessions dedicated to exploring how specific health topics affect agricultural worker populations and developing effective strategies to address these challenges.

Diabetes Small Group Training: Fall 2025

 

The Fall 2025 Small Group Training will provide guidance and assistance to health center staff seeking to obtain the CDCES certification, which is recognized as the gold standard for diabetes care and support. The trainings will focus on improving and building workforce capacity to prepare participants for the CDCES exam and creating a sustainable diabetes program within a health center.
