Sarah Prager

Director of Evaluation and Special Programs

Sarah is the Director of Evaluation and Special Programs at NCFH. She oversees evaluation, research, and other data collection and visualization efforts along with special programs that expand and strengthen NCFH’s partnerships and networks. Sarah has extensive experience working at the intersection of public health and food systems including designing, managing, and evaluating programming that supports the workers, communities, and farms that make up our food system. She holds a B.A. from the University of Texas and a master’s in public health from the University of North Carolina.
