Elvia Anderson is a program management and community health leader with extensive experience leading complex initiatives and advancing community-centered programs. Her work includes national and multi-site projects, with a strong focus on operations, outreach, and workforce development.
Throughout her career, Elvia has launched programs from the ground up by developing standard operating procedures, creating training curricula, recruiting and supervising teams, and establishing protocols that strengthen service delivery. She has led partner collaborations and facilitated stakeholder meetings that support program growth and sustainability.
Elvia brings expertise in serving agricultural workers and underserved communities, with a strong background in patient navigation, Community Health Worker (CHW) collaboratives, bilingual education, and culturally responsive programming. As a Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) Instructor, she is committed to building capacity, mentoring teams, and supporting solutions that improve health outcomes.
