NCFH collaborates with a national network of farmworker-serving organizations across the U.S farmworker communities to reach thousands of farmworkers and their family members with information about workplace health and safety, infectious disease prevention and vaccinations, healthcare access, and other topics. NCFH partners with federal agencies to provide resources, trainings, and tools to member organizations that are critical public health partners in rural communities.
NCFH has a formal network of farmworker-serving organizations, funded with support from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Member organizations include health centers and other types of primary health care providers, social service providers, and legal aid organizations. The number of organizations has varied between 23 and 40 between 2021 and 2024, depending on funding levels. The map below displays locations of network member organizations.

Member organizations go broad and deep in their outreach to farmworker communities, reaching thousands of workers annually and providing critical support to farmworkers, such as providing language interpretation, transporting workers to medical care, and acting as health navigators for workers who experience injuries or illnesses.
