The National Advisory Council on Migrant Health was created to advise the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) on the health and well-being of migratory and seasonal agricultural workers across the United States. Housed within the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC), the Council collaborates closely with the Migrant Health Program in the Office of Minority and Special Populations to address the unique healthcare needs of these vital communities.
