After serving as NCFH’s Chief Operating Officer for 16 years, Sylvia Partida was appointed CEO, a role she held for five years. During her tenure, Sylvia spearheaded the launch of the Ag Worker Access Campaign and helped establish a lasting partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, among many other programmatic achievements that strengthened NCFH’s impact.
