For the first time, the National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH), North Carolina Community Health Center Association (NCCHCA), and Northwest Regional Primary Care Association (NWRPCA) joined forces to replace the 2020–2021 in-person Stream Forum events with a virtual gathering. Held March 22–26, 2021, with two follow-up sessions on May 24–25, the Forum provided education, training, resource sharing, coalition building, and program and policy development for community-centered health professionals and their partners nationwide.
