Educational Mini Lessons 

NCFH, collaboration with Opportunities for Success for Out-of-School Youth (OSY) Migrant Education Program, has developed health education instructional packets in both English and Spanish to help increase farmworker’s health knowledge. They are intended for teens, out-of-school youth and adults who are migrant workers but can be used with other audiences. The packets include teaching plans, an introductory lesson, guided practice, useful vocabulary, practice dialogues, and pre / posttests. They are available for free in PDF format.
