With funding from the Office of Minority Health at HHS, NCFH developed and implemented Hombres Preparados, an HIV/AIDS training program designed to strengthen the capacity of allied health professionals across the network of 500 federally funded Migrant Health Centers. The program focuses on providing culturally sensitive HIV/AIDS education and referral services to “Solo Male” Latino migratory and seasonal agricultural workers (MSAWs)
